How we collect, use and look after your personal information.
This website is run by Durafence by BelAire, part of BelAire Designer Fencing, 2 Waitane Place, Onekawa, Napier 4110. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Durafence.
When you send an enquiry or ask for a quote, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, suburb or town, and the details of your project.
When you use the website, we also collect general information about your visit (such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and roughly where you are) through cookies and Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
We won’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Your information is seen by the Durafence team and, where needed, by the wider BelAire group. Depending on where you are, we may pass your enquiry to our approved installer in your region so they can quote or install. We also use trusted service providers (such as our website host and email provider) who store information on our behalf.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Contact us at sales@durafence.co.nz or call 0800 235 2473. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, but we won’t be able to see how it’s used.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
